outlined_flag An Ad Group Customizer holds a customizer value for a CustomizerAttribute at the Ad Group level.
The resource name for an ad group customizer includes the customer ID, ad group ID, and customizer attribute ID.
An ad group customizer links a customizer attribute to a specific ad group.
The value of an ad group customizer must match the type specified for the CustomizerAttribute.
A customizer value for the associated CustomizerAttribute at the AdGroup level.
