  • Allow for @app.not_found() decorator
  • Add docstrings and typing to strtobool
  • Add code coverage for strtobool
  • Minor docstring typos
  • Add test for DynamoDBPersistenceLayer with a sort_key_attr

minor change in reverting strtobool to be a public function
