This document discusses the development of fuzzy nonlinear programming problems (FNLPP) and presents a penalty function method combined with Nelder and Mead's algorithm to find solutions. It emphasizes the usefulness of FNLPP in handling problems with imprecise and subjective formulations, illustrating concepts of fuzzy decision-making and the transformation of crisp problems to fuzzy environments. The study also includes numerical examples to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed methods.
