The prices are criminal! I know that they could offer less expensive products still being environmentally friendly. It's more important to get more money for the cause than to offer products that only rich people can afford.

Amazing place. Worth every penny from the ticket. Well guided, the staff is very gentle. Lots of information about sea life.
Was surprised at the array of animals there , staff were lovely and when raining spent a couple of hours sheltering inside !
I liked it, kind of fun for children. It isn't as big as other ones around the world, but fits into this environment. The most fun was the playground behind it for my kids.
Small but very nice and well organized, employees were respectful and knowledgeable. The sharks and penguins were the highlight of the visit but the experience was really good overall, really worth the time.
We had a great time at the aquarium! There was so much to see and do, and we especially appreciated all the educational resources available. Highly recommend for anyone of any age! 🐟
This aquarium is an excellent opportunity to make a immersion into the beauty and miseries of the sea, this place is prepared for a huge crowd of adults and kids enjoying multiple attractions, it is recomended to buy tickets online in advance to have a quick access to the place, also check the estimated time for some scheduled activities, like feeding the penguins, so you can have the best experience possible here, very recommended
It was smaller than I've been to other places, but close and intimate. Probably crowded I peak season, but July it was perfect. Some signs had English but not all.
Very nice manageable size for children. We saw species we'd never seen before and there is a beautiful shell collection. The tide exhibit was fun. The petting pool was a new experience too. There's a nicely decorated cafe (we got a free coffee with a family ticket) overlooking a play area outside on the promenade. The recycling exhibit was overly sombre at the end of the tour.

This place is incredible. It really worth the visit. Just recommend to get here as early as possible since it gets very busy and it’s quite hard to reach the parking slot. 30.00 reais(5.50€ +/-). The lounge beach has minimum consumption(200.00 reais). The prices are okay. The service is okay. It could be better!
Wonderful! Such a beautiful nature, blessed place. If you're in Ubatuba you must visit this beach.
It was such a beautiful place with great people and service ....
Beach frequented by locals, with an image of a place to be. Surf breaks literally meters from the beach so it is lovely for a swim. Some "disconected" foodstalls ice merchants and rent a canoe. Nature around it is really impressive and truly worth a visit.
Good beach, the sand is very coarse (and it gets everywhere :p), even hurts the feet a bit, the ocean had lots of big waves, not good for swimming (the day I went, at least), but it's good, beautiful, there is a kiosk with several options and very, very good service, they are incredible polite and handy, a bit expensive.
If you're not going to the beach from Taubaté via Oswaldo Cruz, you can expect a kinda long trip, but it's definitely worth it. (Also, if downtown Ubatuba traffic is in a jam, try going through Rio Escuro. It's a muddy way, but definitely worth the view. The beach, as most of Ubatuba beaches, is removed from the main road. If you go all the way down by car, there are some paid parking lots. We parked at Bruzy for 35BRL. We also stayed at Bruzy. There are tables closer and further away from the sea. The further ones are sheltered from the sun not only with parasols but also with trees. The service is very good, the price of the beverages is sensible (for a beach) and the portions are well served, lacking a little in savor. The beach has very fine white sands and a very clear water. The waves are around 1m high. Strongly recommend.
A good choice among the Ubatuba beaches, they offer a boat service to Ilha do Prumirim. It's worth a visit.
I'm in vacation and Praia do Félix is one of the best beachs in there place. There have a boat that take us to other island

Beautiful clean beach with plenty of space to squeeze in even when you arrive late. Gentle waves are ideal for kids to play. With February weather being so nice, I can't complain about anything. Renting tent for a day was 150$R and parking 20$R
One of the best spacious beaches in Ubatuba region, perfect for families.
O may not be the best to review it for I live here but, to me, it is the best beach in Ubatuba. North side for surfers, south for families ( I have 4 kids), you have kioskes with bathroom and in the center you can get away from them and enjoy a bit of nature without any noise bothering you. To sum up... The best place for you and your family to enjoy Ubatuba.

Beautiful beach, fantastic waves, plenty of things to buy
The main beach in Ubatuba, with high frequency; beautiful waves but still great for families w. children (save bc. save guards), several points for drinks and food, plus flying merchandising, when crowded a bit noisy, for sure you are not alone here
The beach is very long but the useful space where to sit is thin because the beach is pretty much flat and the water wipes a large portion of the beach. The sand is white and very soft. Waves are not strong and indeed ideal go both swimming and surfing. Life guards are in place as well as indications for danger in the water. Parking next to the beach is not free if your driving plate is not Ubatuba: in that Case, you must pay 12 reis or you risk go get a ticket. The person you pay to will release a receipt to show in the car and which can be used in all the other beaches.
A beautiful place, but, unfortunately, you need to conquer your own space in this beach. It's always full of people all day.

An amazing place, clean water and safe. The only issue are some impolite and pain the neck Brazilians that use cheap usb speakers to play loud and awful songs on the beach.
Absolutely disgusting. Disappointing actually. Arriving at the beach, the sewer smell going into the water was disgusting. The beach was packed and people and dogs swimming, even that the authorities informed it was not safe. We just had to go through this beach to arrive in another of the safe beaches.
Beautiful, not too crowded, but some trash

Great place. Really great place to relax and enjoy a beautiful day in the beach. The road is quite long and in bad state, but the views are wonderful. The beach is the last one before to arrive in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
One of the best beaches in the region to relax. Very calm, pool-like sea, usually a bit warmer than elsewhere. If you are looking for some very tasty caipirinhas, try the "Caju" kiosk.
Amazing landscape, family environment but a bit crowded.
Beautiful beach. Access road is a bit tricky/bumpy, but has breathtaking views along the way.
The beach is actually very pretty, but short, and equipped with a charming hotel with restaurant. Access by car is possible from the br highway but the road isn't the best. There are sights to be had along the ride that might make it worth your while tough.
Avoid this beach if you're traveling with kids. Vicious dogs freely roam at this beach. Same dog bit my 3yo and 5yo.
Beautiful beach surrounded by a fishermen community. There you’ll find some restaurants serving local food (mostly fish and seafood). Prices are okay - not that cheap though.
Beautiful view, good food, calm waters. Not very good for snorkeling. Bad visibility. One of my favorite beaches in the region

I had the pleasure of staying at Island Hostel, and it was an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The staff Camila, Bruno and the rest were incredibly friendly. The volunteers were awesome to hangout! The hostel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. The day trip tourist will leave by 4pm and you have the whole beach for yourself.

(Translated by Google) One of the most popular tourist attractions in Ubatuba, and anyone who goes won't regret it! Access to the island is only by sea. The main access point is via the Saco da Ribeira pier, where you can book schooner or speedboat tours (approximately R$120 per person, prices vary depending on the vessel). However, there are also several speedboat tours departing from Enseada Beach, Itaguá Beach, Lázaro Beach, and Toninhas Beach. To enter the island, there is a conservation fee of R$19.00 per person, with a half-price ticket of R$9.50 for children, seniors, students, and teachers (proof of identity required at the island entrance). Access is limited to approximately 1,200 people, so it's best to purchase tickets in advance, as there's a risk of selling out if you wait until the last minute. To purchase tickets, simply visit the Green Haven Ilha Anchieta Ubatuba website. Upon arrival on the island, we're greeted by monitors who explain some conservation rules, such as not feeding the island's animals and not getting too close to turtles and fish. It's possible to see various animals, such as marmosets and coatis (the monitors even ask us to be careful not to let the animals steal food from our bags), as well as fish on all the beaches, and turtles and rays if we're lucky. Therefore, it's a good idea to bring swimming goggles or snorkels so you can see the animals in the sea and in the natural pool. It's very worthwhile, but there's no equipment available for rent on the island (they're planning to rent it soon). Food on the island is scarce; they only have one restaurant, which isn't very affordable (you can see the menu and prices on the Green Haven website). However, bringing food and drinks is permitted, and we can also bring coolers with drinks. However, leaving trash on the beach and on the island is prohibited; they ask that you take it back to the mainland for disposal. Besides the incredible beaches and natural pool, there's also a small museum that tells the island's history and the ruins of a prison for you to visit. It's definitely worth learning more about the history, and the guides are very knowledgeable and are ready to tell you more and answer any questions. Upon arrival on the island, visitors have easy access to Palmas Beach, Presídio Beach, Sapateiro Beach, Engenho Beach, and the Engenho Beach natural pool. For the adventurous, there are also longer trails to other beaches on the island. These trails are paid and a guide is required, so it's best to book the tour as soon as you arrive on the island with the guides, as they have specific times. You can also stay on the island! They have a hostel, and prices and reservations can be made through the Green Haven Ilha Anchieta Ubatuba website. It's definitely worth going for a day trip; the earlier the better, because there's so much to see! I recommend planning ahead, wearing light clothing, bringing food and drinks, and also bringing sunscreen and insect repellent. Don't forget your snorkel gear!!!
(Translated by Google) Incredible place. From the moment you arrive, the experience is very fun, cozy, and relaxed. It's very safe! It has excellent facilities with bathrooms and showers, and there's plenty of nature preservation, both animals and vegetation. We found a capybara walking among the people, and several other interesting animals. The island's history is also very interesting and worth exploring. The cells of the decommissioned prison are also very cool. The beaches are incredible, with crystal-clear, emerald green waters. You can't wear sunscreen in the marine animal pools, which is great. There can't be too many people in the pool, so they let you know and organize a rotation system. After a certain amount of time, they leave and you go in. There's a freshwater spring right next to the beach, and it's incredibly relaxing! There are plenty of shaded areas for you to relax. To get to some beaches, you have to take a short trail. It's definitely worth checking out! We went by speedboat. The trip costs around 100 reais per person, but it's faster, doesn't rock, you won't get sick, and it's very comfortable and fun. We didn't go by schooner because the trip takes longer. There are many people on the same boat, which makes it less comfortable, and everything takes longer, from getting everyone on board to getting everyone off the schooner. Those who go by schooner spend less time waiting.
(Translated by Google) I recommend the tour; the 4 out of 5 was due to the service upon arrival at the island. This place is amazing and you must include in your list if you are visiting Ubatuba. Caiçara Bar on the beach is very nice too. Prices are okay and the service as well. Friendly staffs and good portions. I highly recommend Célio Açaí, he is an independent seller walking around and sometimes staying nearby Caiçara bar. He is lovely, very polite and really cares about his potential customers. I highly recommend you to go early as it is has small car parking and tend to be busy. The cost for the parking is 20 reais(2,80€). I hope you visit this place, let me know how was your experience if you do.
Very good beach, with calm waves, but depending on the time it can get very crowded, but with an incredible view
Beautiful beach and clean ocean. Friendly vendors selling an assortment of beachwear .
It gets very overcrowded, too many kiosk tables everywhere. Vermelha next door is better.
Beach relatively long and wide, totally exposed to waves. Not a place to swim but a great place to play with the waves. I didn't see any surfer. The water in the end of September is warm and many people are in the water. There's a short walk from the car parking among beautiful houses and the one day ticket is 10 reais.

What more can you say!
Enseada Beach - a huge bay beach, fully illuminated. Main in Guaruja so it is very crouded. Walking along the beach, we saw a terrible view of rubbish. The beaches here are supposed to be cleaned by cleaning crews, BUT after staying on the beach, people leave rubbish in the place where they were sunbathing. It is not so bad when they are closed in a bag, however most often they are loose. The evening rest on the beach after sunset (around 6:30 pm), in some dry sand, begins with looking for a place free from the sight of rubbish. The ocean's view is beautyfull though
For Brasilians, nothing special I guess, with this beach as they have so many mindblowing beaches. For me, first time visitor in Brasil - pure heaven❣️Of the many kiosks to pick, take 41, wonderful people, service and food❣️
Beautiful place. I went there in March. There's weren't full of people and the beach is very clean. The prices of the foods and beverages are good
Nice big beach, nothing special but nice. Quiet in the winter.
Nice beach. It's very clean and the environnment is good

Wonderful place to take a family to rest and relax!
Beautiful beach and it can be a very relaxing place, especially during the evenings. Full moon sights from there are amazing. But it can get crowded easily, even in low season.
Thinking of tropical beaches, this is not one of them. It's nice, the sea is calm and therefore good for young kids. The sand itself is not nice, quite hard. Very crowded. View not that special.
Beautiful beach calms water and medium on a few parts. Poor of infrastructure (public bathroom, kiosks).
It's OK. Not the best beach on the cost of São Paulo state.

Our favorite beach in Ubatuba. It is a smaller quiet beach in central Ubatuba. The shrimp pastel are some of my favorite and the drinks are very good. The kiosk workers are friendly and attentive. The ocean current can be on the stronger side here but it is definitely worth swimming in to cool down on hot days
DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS WALKING DIRECTIONS. Take the left further down the main road, after the directions Google gives to reach the beach. See pic.
My husband and I loved this place. It is not very accessible, which, in our opinion, made this place a paradise. Very quiet, calm, clean beach and clean water, no beggers while we were there. In June, there were no salespeople there or washrooms, but we were prepared with food and made a short stay. We were there in June 2023.
My family and I had to make a short trail to get to this beach, I can’t lie it’s so beautiful definitely I will come back anytime soon.
Good place, but the visit was not well organized and planned by #MSC CRUISES partners.
A little further away from downtown, a sinuous road with a 200m descent on foot to the beach. It is very small, coarse sand beach, crowded for it's size. Nice to visit but too much effort.
Awesome secluded beach, the road to the beach is pretty horrible lots of bumps, then a long down hill path to the beach. All is worth it when you see the beauty..
