on PR and Cron. Adds Known Issue Firefox to a test. Add variable ROBOT_OPTIONS to allow exclude Known Issue $BROWSER tests. Update tests to be excluded with "Known Issue Firefox". Corrected excluded tag for Firefox and set to Latest. Fixed .travis.yml formatting :)

This PR replaces PR #887, where Travis is activated for testing with Firefox., on Python 2.7 and 3.6.
The tests were blocked by "Submit Button Should Be Focused", and would timeout if not excluded.
The tag "Known Issue Firefox" was removed from some tests, and added to others.
