What happened?

An automated action tried to force-disable and block an add-on automatically.

As expected: That got held in second-level approval because the add-on is in a promoted group.

I canceled that decision.

Unexpected behavior: The latest activity for these versions on the review tools page is still "Held force disable" and the respective versions have not been re-enqueued.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected there to be an indication that the held decision was canceled.
I expected the versions to be re-enqueued.
