In order to refactor AnnoateRoutes, I added
AnnotateRoutes::AnnotationProcessorandAnnotateRoutes::RemovalProcessor.Refactoring AnnotateRoutes is finished in this PR and I would like to refactor AnnotateModels in a like way.
