What Does This Do
This PR adds support for the following configuration:
DD_TRACE_EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES_ENABLED, which takes in a string and stores a list of configurations to run the "breaking change" version of.Motivation
The SDK Capabilities team is working on modifying configurations to be consistent across all SDKs. This PR aims to update configs in dd-trace-java to match the following RFC.
