This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since January 2020.

border-block-start-style は CSS のプロパティで、要素の論理的なブロックの先頭側の境界のスタイルを定義し、それが要素の書字方向やテキストの方向に応じて物理的な境界のスタイルに対応づけられます。これは border-top-style, border-right-style, border-bottom-style, border-left-style の何れかに対応し、どれに対応するかは writing-mode, direction, text-orientation で定義された値によって決まります。
