Can we somehow enforce dev.to to "get" the feed update from medium, without waiting 20-30 minutes?

Looks like I found a workaround:

https://dev.to/settings/publishing-from-rss Your feed will be fetched every time you submit this form and updates will be automatically fetched periodically thereafter. Contact yo@dev.to if you encounter issues.

Yeah that's true indeed, there's also an issue open for this to make it more explicit: github.com/thepracticaldev/dev.to/...
