辽宁刘女士的遭遇并非个例：她在直播间"抢到"的"尾单精品"不仅破旧，口袋里还装着卫生纸。黑猫平台上有数百起类似投诉，包括毛衣起球、口袋里有零钱、瓜子壳甚至动物毛发等。由于商家事先声明"微瑕不退换"，多数消费者只能自认倒霉。

Ms. Liu from Liaoning's experience is not unique: the "high-quality surplus" she "snapped up" was not only shabby but also had tissues in the pockets. There are hundreds of similar complaints on consumer platforms, including pilling sweaters, coins, melon seed shells and even animal hair in pockets. Since merchants declared "minor flaws, no returns", most consumers have to accept their losses.

记者在华南某服装尾货批发市场发现，所谓的"杂款孤品"堆在地上，墙上挂着"直播间供货"横幅。商家从大袋旧衣中挑拣"品相好"的，但即使经过筛选，许多衣服仍有油渍、破洞等使用痕迹。更令人震惊的是，这些衣服实际来自全国旧衣回收，经过简单分拣(A货/B货)后，通过熨烫、喷清新剂、挂吊牌等"美容"工序，摇身变成直播间里的"抢手货"。

At a surplus clothing wholesale market in South China, reporters found so-called "miscellaneous limited items" piled on the ground with "live stream supply" banners. Merchants pick "better-looking" clothes from large bags of used clothing, but even after screening, many still have stains and holes. More shockingly, these clothes actually come from nationwide used clothing recycling. After simple sorting (Grade A/B), they become "hot items" in live streams through "beautification" processes like ironing, spraying freshener and adding tags.

这种骗局并非新鲜事。早在2017年，央视就曝光过广东碣石将走私的洋垃圾旧衣"翻新"后作为"外贸尾单"高价出售的乱象。更骇人听闻的是，部分洋垃圾竟来自国外停尸房和废品站，有些衣服甚至是从尸体上直接扒下来的，仅经过简单清洗就流入市场。

This scam is not new. As early as 2017, CCTV exposed the chaos in Jieshi, Guangdong where smuggled foreign garbage clothes were "refurbished" and sold at high prices as "export surplus". More horrifyingly, some foreign garbage actually came from foreign mortuaries and junkyards, with some clothes even taken directly from corpses, entering the market after only simple washing.
