最近很多想了解虾皮(Shopee)的朋友问我:"做Shopee跨境电商的操作流程是怎样的?难不难?复不复杂?" 我从2019年开始做Shopee,到现在带人实操,可以说这套操作流程已经深深刻在我的脑海里。

Many people interested in Shopee have asked me recently: "What is the operation process of Shopee cross-border e-commerce? Is it difficult? Is it complicated?" I've been doing Shopee since 2019 and now I'm training others. I can say this operation process is deeply engraved in my mind.

1. 申请入驻/Application

Shopee入驻非常简单,千万不要相信一些培训机构的"绿色通道"说法,他们声称自己申请只有20%的通过率,这些都是割韭菜的。只要你资料齐全且没有问题,自己注册申请100%能下店。

Applying for Shopee is very simple. Don't believe some training institutions' claims about "green channels" and that self-application only has a 20% success rate. These are all scams. As long as your materials are complete and correct, you can 100% get a store by registering yourself.

2. 店铺规划与装修/Store Planning and Decoration

资料上传成功后需要等待3-7天审核,这段时间可以开始规划卖什么产品。如果没有货源,可以做无货源一件代发模式。选择类目时要考虑自身情况,至少要对所做类目和消费人群有所了解。

After successful material submission, it takes 3-7 days for review. During this time, you can start planning what products to sell. If you don't have your own supply, you can do drop shipping. When choosing categories, consider your own situation and at least understand the categories and consumer groups.

3. 产品规划表/Product Planning Table

根据选定的类目,制作产品布局表,手动算数据选出大概率出单的产品,并根据产品竞争度规划店铺同类型产品的SKU数量。

According to the selected categories, make a product layout table, manually calculate data to select products that are likely to sell, and plan the number of SKUs for similar products in the store based on product competitiveness.

4. 选品、定价与上架/Product Selection, Pricing and Listing

店铺激活后即可上架商品。根据产品布局图去货源网站选品,用ERP软件采集。定价尤为关键,直接关系到利润。上架时间选择平台流量高峰期,分批上架以获得更多曝光机会。

After store activation, you can list products. Select products from supply websites according to the product layout diagram and collect them with ERP software. Pricing is particularly critical as it directly affects profits. Choose peak traffic periods for listing and list in batches to get more exposure opportunities.

5. 优化与测款/Optimization and Testing

产品上架后密切关注后台数据,下架无流量的产品,优化表现好的产品。

After products are listed, pay close attention to background data, remove products with no traffic, and optimize well-performing products.

6. 出单与发货/Orders and Shipping

出单后根据客户订单去货源网站下单,寄到货代处贴面单打包,送到转运仓后包裹就飞向客户了。

After receiving orders, place orders on the supply website according to customer orders, send them to the freight forwarder for labeling and packaging, and then send them to the transit warehouse before the packages fly to customers.

看似简单的流程背后:做店铺是一个系统的过程,每个细节都会影响最终结果。这也是为什么很多新手仅靠网上碎片化知识做不起来Shopee的原因。

Behind the seemingly simple process: Running a store is a systematic process where every detail affects the final result. This is also why many novices can't succeed in Shopee by relying only on fragmented knowledge online.

给新手的建议:Shopee确实是跨境电商新手的最佳入门平台,但并不意味着不需要专业知识和技能就能轻松赚钱。跟专业的人学习一个月,可能比自己摸索半年更有效。

Advice for beginners: Shopee is indeed the best entry platform for cross-border e-commerce beginners, but it doesn't mean you can make money easily without professional knowledge and skills. Learning from professionals for one month may be more effective than exploring on your own for half a year.
