This is a unique opportunity to guide a dynamic organization of 4,400 employees with an FY 2025–26 budget of $2.7 billion, supporting a county that values innovation, equity, sustainability, and community well-being. The ideal candidate will be someone who communicates with transparency, fosters collaboration, is grounded in integrity, builds trust, and ensures that County operations deliver exceptional public service.
