👋 Meet Luis Manriquez! He was recently promoted to Field Leader after starting as a crew member at our restaurant in Pomona, CA, more than 10 years ago. Inspired by Chipotle's emphasis on Food with Integrity and real ingredients, Luis has continuously demonstrated his commitment to our mission of cultivating a better world over the last decade. 📈 In 2020, Luis's career ascent began with a promotion to General Manager. With the support of his restaurant team, Field Leader Jimmy Baro and Team Director Avinash S., he earned Restaurateur status the following year and then progressed to the role of Certified Training Manager. 🥇 Looking ahead: “I’m grateful for this new opportunity to grow my career with Chipotle, and I look forward to elevating my team to reach new heights together.” 🌄 Outside of work, Luis loves spending time with his wife and being out in nature, especially visiting national parks. Fun fact: He’s hiked to the top of Mt. Whitney in California's Sierra Nevada mountain range. Congrats Luis! We're excited to see you continue to grow!
