He supports restaurants across Westchester County, NY, and has been with Chipotle since 2008, helping us deliver excellent guest experiences for more than a decade. 📊 As a Field Leader, Jhonson aims to build a strong leadership pipeline, fostering a people-centric culture that reflects Chipotle’s purpose and values and drives operational integrity across our restaurants. He champions food safety and quality through regular visits and audits, and partners with General Managers to leverage their strengths and achieve business objectives. ⚓ Before joining Chipotle, Jhonson served in the U.S. Navy. Initially, he was set to join the NYPD, and while he awaited police training, he was hired at Chipotle as a crew member. One day, Chipotle's founder Steve Ells visited the restaurant and spoke with the entire team, including Jhonson. During their conversation, Steve’s vision resonated with Jhonson so much that he decided to pursue a career at Chipotle instead of becoming a police officer. Since then, Jhonson has been validated as a Kitchen Leader, advanced from Service Leader to Apprentice GM to General Manager and now serves as a Field Leader. ✍ Jhonson appreciates Chipotle’s strong people culture and believes that it is the foundation of our success. 👋 Meet Luis Manriquez! He was recently promoted to Field Leader after starting as a crew member at our restaurant in Pomona, CA, more than 10 years ago. Inspired by Chipotle's emphasis on Food with Integrity and real ingredients, Luis has continuously demonstrated his commitment to our mission of cultivating a better world over the last decade. 📈 In 2020, Luis's career ascent began with a promotion to General Manager. With the support of his restaurant team, Field Leader Jimmy Baro and Team Director Avinash S., he earned Restaurateur status the following year and then progressed to the role of Certified Training Manager. 🥇 Looking ahead: “I’m grateful for this new opportunity to grow my career with Chipotle, and I look forward to elevating my team to reach new heights together.” 🌄 Outside of work, Luis loves spending time with his wife and being out in nature, especially visiting national parks. We’re honored to celebrate Oli Fasone-Lancaster who was surprised on October 17 at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Doernbecher Freestyle auction in Portland with custom Nike Air Force 1s inspired by his love of Chipotle—complete with burrito bowl packaging and a Chipotle VIP card. His go-to order is featured on a tag inside the shoes, alongside other personalized design elements. Oli’s story is one of resilience. He was diagnosed with cancer when he was in kindergarten, which required long hospital stays and five rounds of chemotherapy. When the cancer came back in 2024, Oli underwent a bone marrow transplant to help him grow more healthy blood cells and overcome his cancer relapse. He now celebrates a second birthday in August in recognition of the day he was given this life-saving procedure. Oli’s cancer treatment was a lengthy process that left him feeling overwhelmed, so like the true foodie that he is, Oli decided to replace the complex names of his medications with the names of his favorite foods and even made posters to help his nurses keep track of it all. It became tradition for Oli to celebrate the end of a treatment with his favorite meal from Chipotle. Earlier this year, Oli was selected for Doernbecher Freestyle, a partnership between Nike and OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital that gives six patients the opportunity to design Nike footwear that are sold at retail to benefit the hospital as a signature fundraiser. Krista works on the OPS Services team at the Newport Beach Restaurant Support Center (RSC), supporting core menu development and the launch of all new menu items. 📊 Krista partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Food Safety, Culinary, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Communications to ensure each launch is seamless, scalable and aligned with Chipotle’s mission and values—bringing our real food to guests with consistency and care. 🌯 Krista first joined Chipotle at 18 as a crew member after being a regular guest in our restaurants. Nearly 14 years later, she’s contributed in Operations, Field Training, on the NRO team and now at the RSC, helping take ideas from concept to restaurant. 🥇 What is Krista most proud of? “Chipotle Honey Chicken is one of my favorite projects.
