🎉 Celebrating Bayer's 2025 Distinguished Women in Data Science! 🎉 We are thrilled to honor seven outstanding women with the Distinguished Women in Data Science (WiDS) Award at Bayer. Their remarkable contributions in the field of #DataScience exemplify our mission: “Health for all, Hunger for none.” Our wonderful awardees not only excel in their fields but also serve as inspiring role models in both science and engagement, motivating colleagues within and beyond #TeamBayer to embrace and utilize data science. The GROW I WiDS initiative at Bayer empowers women in data science by fostering a supportive community that enhances technical skills and leadership qualities. The Distinguished Women in Data Science awards are the signature recognition sponsored by the GROW | Women in Data Science business resource group. This year, we celebrated our awardees in a fantastic hybrid celebration spanning all regions and time zones, featuring an inspiring keynote address from Amanda McClerren, Head of Digital Transformation and IT for Bayer CropScience and sponsor of GROW | WiDS. 🌟 Meet Our 2025 Awardees: Anna Rogers, Erica Manesso, Lin Liu, Linda Rymarquis, Marion Rudolph, Theresa Schmitt and Tina Lang. We also proudly present the WiDS Community Impact Award to Matt Dimmic for his long-term dedication to advancing data science within our community.
