U.S. Emerging Talent Associate Program
The U.S. ETA program is our semester-long, fully immersive paid internship opportunity for prospective talent to dive deeper into all aspects of music. ETAs receive hands-on experience with specific departments across WMG, as well as programming and events to help advance personal and professional development goals. We know ETAs are our future business leaders and creative masterminds who can provide purposeful insight into new ideas and lend perspectives that are valued and appreciated.
ETA ProgramU.K. Early Career Initiative
Our UK office offers Early Careers initiatives aimed at giving young adults a chance to gain practical experience working in music, including 12 month paid internships across departments such as Global Catalog, Sync, & Finance. We run a yearly Summer Work Experience Program offering 15-18 year-olds an opportunity to learn about career paths through shadowing and workshops, and an internship providing female talent with detailed knowledge of record labels and the skills needed to become an A&R.
