I'm thrilled to announce that my team and I took first place in the BYU LBO case competition!! This was an incredible opportunity to dive deep into valuation, modeling, strategic thinking, and the full LBO process. 👏 I am grateful to be able to learn from such an amazing team (Mason McKinlay, Rex Poulsen, and Aurora Smith) and gain hands on experience with Leveraged buyouts and private equity frameworks. Thanks to the judges, organizers, and BYU Finance society for hosting this competition. 🙏 I am excited to continue growing on this career path!

High Five Friday 🙌 Our Marketing Department kicks off each Friday with a “High Five Friday” chat on Teams to recognize and celebrate our teammates. If it were up to me, my message every week would be about a mile long for Caitlyn Costley, and Nicole Tyler. Caitlyn is a true force of good. She’s jumped headfirst into events at Trove and has crafted incredible experiences from a golf pop-up in the heart of NYC to pickleball tournaments across multiple college campuses, with even more exciting things on the way. She’s creative, adaptable, and always ready to problem-solve whatever comes her way. She brings so much energy to everything she touches and a sense of humor that keeps us all laughing. When I first started in Partnerships and Licensing, I was figuring things out on my own while we searched for the right leader to help grow the team and guide me through the process. Every day, I’m grateful that person turned out to be Nicole. Working with her has made me a better marketer, a stronger partner, a more confident communicator, and a better person. She’s patient, sharp, and absolutely fearless when it comes to all things Licensing & Events. Plus, she’s an all-around joy to work beside (and has excellent taste in sweet treats 🍬). We’re a newly developed team, but the impact we’ve already made together feels lasting. I feel so lucky to work closely with both of them, and just wait until you see what we have coming next...
