We’re proud to announce that Carol Spiros has been promoted to Vice President of Operations of Tavistock Restaurant Collection. Carol’s journey is a true reflection of leadership, dedication, and what it means to Live Our Values Everyday (LOVE). Starting as an hourly team member in 2003, she steadily grew into key leadership roles - from General Manager to Area Director, and most recently, Director of Operations for Florida. Now, as Vice President of Operations, Carol will continue to drive our mission of creating innovative hospitality experiences that enrich the lives of our guests, our teams, and the communities we serve. Bring Your Kids to Work Day was a huge success at Tavistock Restaurant Collection (TRC)! Across our locations, we welcomed more than 60 future leaders for a day filled with creativity, exploration, and hands-on fun. - At Lake Nona, kids from TRC (Boxi Park, Canvas, Chroma, Nami, & Park Pizza), Tavistock Development Company and Tavistock U.S. took part in a jam-packed day of adventure—scavenger hunts, pizza making, innovation workshops, builder challenges, mocktail science, and even creating their own business cards! Their curiosity and imagination were truly inspiring. - At Abe & Louie’s Boca Raton, our General Manager and Executive Chef led an incredible behind-the-scenes experience. From touring the kitchen, to learning how we craft our iconic dishes, to enjoying sweet treats, the kids got a firsthand look at what it means to deliver hospitality excellence. We loved seeing the next generation experience the passion, creativity, and teamwork that power our restaurants every day. We are incredibly proud of the team at Nami for earning a MICHELIN-Recommended distinction in the The MICHELIN Guide Florida. The recognition celebrates the artistry of Culinary Director Freddy Money and Executive Chef Jason Beliveau, whose bold, playful approach has positioned Nami among the state’s most compelling dining destinations. With this honor, Lake Nona is now home to two MICHELIN-Recommended restaurants—Nami and BACÁN—within the MICHELIN One Key-awarded Lake Nona Wave Hotel, a rare combination in Central Florida.
