"AI content comes from a single prompt." Not quite. To celebrate The Female Quotient’s second annual AI Summit, we committed to making a film 100% with AI — but it took the same craft, iteration, and creative judgment as any traditional production. Using a variety of AI models, we wrote, curated, storyboarded, and refined until it felt emotionally right. AI is the tool. Taste is still the job.

This week, SPCSHP helped kick off the second annual AI Summit, co-hosted by our CEO Taryn Crouthers alongside Talia Bender Small and the incredible team at The Female Quotient. The summit brought together some of the most forward-thinking voices including Venus Williams, Busy Philipps, and Arianna Huffington to explore how AI can fuel more than just efficiency, but tangible innovation. We left the event energized, inspired, and more committed than ever to shaping what creativity looks like in the age of AI. 🚀

“It is possible. And you will make it so.” This was by far my favorite quote of the day, from the fabulous Busy Phillips. And honestly… that was the whole day vibe. Because what happened in that room? It wasn’t normal. And it DEFINITELY wasn’t “just another AI summit.” 500+ people carved time out of their lives to invest in themselves. 30+ leaders showed up ready to pour knowledge into the room. And together, we created an inclusive space built on curiosity and POSITIVE energy. Where else do you see: ✔️ A dance break in the middle of learning ✔️ AI-custom candles ✔️ “The prettiest stage Venus Williams has ever been on” ✔️ A majority-women audience that is inclusive to EVERYONE It shouldn’t work. But it does. And that’s exactly why it’s special. This is what manifesting the future looks like. And I am so grateful to be a part of it. AI has moved from tool to fabric: woven into how we think, create, and build. Today’s The Female Quotient AI Summit showcased that galaxy of real-life applications. Having our CEO Taryn Crouthers not only envision the summit but also open it as the co-host speaks volumes about SPCSHP ’s commitment to being at the forefront of these critical conversations. When leadership leads from the front on AI, it sets the entire organization up for success. The breadth of perspectives was remarkable, from Venus Williams sharing how she’s built a business leveraging AI, to dozens of forward-thinking leaders discussing how we shape, embrace, and evolve with this technology. The question isn’t whether AI transforms our industry, it’s whether we’re intentional enough to guide that transformation. Case in point: the summit opened with a video entirely developed by our SPCSHP crew using AI: the video, music track, and voiceover all created with these tools we’re now integrating into our work. That’s the shift, from experimenting with AI to building with it as our default. What sets The Female Quotient apart is their ability to create truly inclusive spaces that tackle cutting-edge industry shifts with a real, positive, and refreshingly human tone. As a man who always seeks out FQ spaces during conferences, I’m continually grateful for how welcomed I feel and how much I learn in these environments. That intentional inclusivity makes the insights even more powerful. Opening video created by SPCSHP: https://lnkd.in/eqsMi_xb #AISummit #Marketing MSQ

In a world driven by optimization, the next big advantage won’t be speed or simplicity. It’ll be meaning. The 2025 SPCSHP Culture Report by Patrick Keefe explores why frictionless isn’t fearless, and how the brands that challenge, surprise, and reward discovery will be the ones that truly cut through.
