🧠 Day 2 of NoBullCon25 brought a powerful shift, guided by leadership expert Mark Tribus - a session rooted in purpose, clarity, and the practices that strengthen teams from the inside out. With a background spanning West Point, Harvard Business School, Special Operations, and decades of executive coaching, Mark led us through an immersive exploration of leadership at every level. He challenged us to look inward, communicate with intention, and examine how trust, accountability, and presence shape the way we work together. It wasn’t theory - it was practical, personal, and immediately applicable. The kind of session that lingers long after the slides are gone. 🔥 Key Takeaways: - Leadership begins with self-awareness, not seniority. - Communication is a skill - one that requires clarity and consistency. - Strong teams are built deliberately, through trust and shared purpose. Day 2 gave us a deeper foundation for how we show up for each other and for the work ahead. #NoBullCon25
About us
Noble People is a media agency. The combination we offer is not found everywhere: creative approaches to using media space underpinned by strategic rigor through analytics and the application of the latest marketing science. While marketers are often forced to choose between data or creativity, we recognize they need both. Put simply, what we do is advise our clients how to invest their marketing communications budget in the most effective way to deliver an impact on their business. We focus more on business metrics than on leading indicators—which only feed back on a narrow window of activity. We execute our recommendation through buying media space in all channels (digital, search, broadcast TV, podcasts, out of home, social, as well as traditional channels); negotiating partnerships with publishers, platforms and personalities; and sometimes finding new ways for people to encounter our clients’ brand by creating entirely new media spaces. We’ve done this across many product categories including packaged goods, fintech, travel, business to business, food delivery, and entertainment.

🤡 Day 1 of NoBullCon25 set the tone with a session you won’t find at any typical agency conference: a deep, hilarious, and surprisingly moving workshop led by world-class clown artists Tallie Medel and Chris Manley. Tallie and Chris - award-winning performers, educators, and architects of NYC’s modern clowning renaissance - guided us through exercises that pushed us out of our heads and into genuine presence. What started as “clown work” quickly revealed itself as something bigger: an exploration of vulnerability, humanity, and the power of letting ourselves be seen. They challenged us to drop the polish, connect with intention, and rediscover the playful curiosity that fuels original thinking. It was weird, brilliant, disarming, and exactly the kind of creative discomfort that unlocks better ideas. 🔥 Key Takeaways: - Presence beats performance. - Openness creates connection - and better collaboration. - Creativity expands when we let go of perfection and lean into play. Day 1 reminded us that sharp work starts with honest humans. On to Day 2. #NoBullCon25

This week is NoBullCon25 - Noble People’s annual event devoted to learning, exploration, and sharpening the creative instincts that move our work forward. Now in its third year, NoBullCon is our chance to step away from the noise and invest in what sets this place apart: the thinkers and makers who give this place its edge. Over the next four days, we’ll dive into sessions built to challenge our thinking and strengthen how we collaborate, create, and lead. Staying sharp requires intention - making room for new ideas, embracing discomfort, and surrounding ourselves with voices that push us to grow. At its core, this week is about progress: personal, professional, and collective. It’s about choosing to get better, together, so we can deliver work that leads, not follows. Here’s to #NoBullCon25 - to the experiences that sharpen us this week and the even greater work that comes from them. 🐂 ➡️

🥧 Yesterday, alongside TASC and Stereo Creative, we made essential scam facts truly digestible - serving free Scamberry Pies at our NYC pop-up café to spark real conversations during peak scam season. Scamberry Pie is a limited-edition holiday pie where every slice reveals a common scam red flag, paired with a simple guide to help families talk openly about how to stay safe. It’s the first activation from TASC, a new cross-industry coalition committed to spreading scam awareness and empowering communities to spot red flags early. Yesterday’s Red Flag Café pop-up in NYC brought the campaign to life with free coffee, free pie, and real conversations about the scams hitting our communities. Next stops: - LA - Dec 11 (food truck) - London - Dec 12 @ Primrose Hill Bakery More to come as the conversation spreads - because scams thrive in silence, and awareness starts with a slice.

We're excited to share Scamberry Pie, a new holiday campaign launched with the Tech Against Scams Coalition (TASC), a cross-industry effort uniting leaders like Coinbase, Ripple, Cash App, Match Group, and the National Cryptocurrency Association to advance education around scam prevention. Online scams surge during the holidays, and scammers rely on silence to succeed. So together, we set out to create something simple, joyful, and rooted in real behavioral insight - a way to spark the conversations that help stop scams before they start. In partnership, Stereo Creative and our team at Noble People developed the strategic and creative foundation for the campaign by uncovering the audience and cultural insights that shaped the idea and building out a campaign designed to meet people where conversations naturally happen. The result: Scamberry Pie, a limited-edition cranberry tart where each slice lifts to reveal a common scam red flag, paired with a simple conversation guide to help families talk openly about staying safe. Scamberry Pie is available for a limited time only across New York, Los Angeles, and London. 🥧 Pre-order yours today at scamberrypie.com and help spark the conversations scammers hope you never have. Good morning - while you grab your cup of joe and settle into your hump day, let’s talk podcast ads! ☕ Longtime fan of podcasts, advertising, and podcast advertising, Luke Finer is back with another Grounds for Media - this time calling out lazy podcast ads and asking hosts everywhere, “would it kill you to sound genuine in your podcast reads?” Together, we can end disingenuous podcast advertising. Thank you.

Stripe City billboards are now live in Times Square, Moynihan Station, SFO, and across San Francisco! Black Friday–Cyber Monday is the biggest weekend of the year for many businesses, so we built a miniature city to celebrate our users and showcase real-time data from across the Stripe network—including Stripe API uptime, fraudulent transactions blocked, agentic and stablecoin activity, and more. We hid plenty of easter eggs—mini Shopify bags, Rivian R1S SUVs, a Crumbl truck, and figurines of beloved Stripe Press authors Dwarkesh Patel and Claire Hughes Johnson. Our team really went to town on these. We’re proud to power brands like Samsonite, Canva, Coinbase, Spotify, Shopify, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Figma, PepsiCo, BMW Group, and Marriott International throughout the weekend. Visit Stripe City through Tuesday: https://bfcm.stripe.com.

At Noble People, we believe in showing up for our people - and that means also supporting the causes that matter most to them. This Giving Tuesday, we would like to support our colleague, Matt Borchard, and the work his family is leading through the Nichole Borchard Foundation. The Foundation was established in memory of Matt’s sister-in-law, Nichole, with a mission to improve the lives of patients facing high-grade neuroendocrine cancer - a rare and under-researched disease with limited established treatment pathways. In its first year, the Foundation has made meaningful strides: - A travel fund enabling 20+ patients to reach critical clinical trials - Funding for rising doctors advancing high-grade NEC research - New tools connecting global advocates to clinical insights - A growing network of collaborators committed to expanding options for patients The work ahead is ambitious - expanding trial access, increasing patient support, and accelerating research that can meaningfully change outcomes. This Giving Tuesday, Noble People stands with Matt and his family in championing the work that is expanding access, accelerating research, and improving outcomes for those facing high-grade neuroendocrine cancer. If you’re able, we encourage you to consider contributing and helping the Foundation move closer to its goal. Every donation directly supports patients who urgently need more resources, more research, and more hope. Donate here: https://lnkd.in/epUNfnm8 🦓❤️
