Nothing brings people together like a little friendly competition… and a whole lot of turkey-themed bragging rights. 🏈🦃 Our annual Motivosity Turkey Bowl was a blast — laughs, huddles, questionable plays, and memories with the best team around. Grateful for a culture where connection isn’t just talked about… it’s lived. Until next year, Turkey Bowl champs. 😉

I had the privilege of speaking at CultureCon® last week. I focused on how to make gratitude the foundation of great company culture. Thanks to Nick Lombardino and Zach Blumenfeld for organizing the event. So often, we think of culture as something that starts at the top, a few leaders setting the tone. But real, lasting culture is built from the bottom up, when every person feels empowered to see, value, and recognize the people around them. At its core, gratitude is fuel for connection. When gratitude flows freely, trust grows. With trust comes accountability — not the kind that’s enforced, but the kind that’s chosen because people care about one another and the mission. And when recognition becomes part of how we work every day, not just a quarterly event, we create companies where people want to show up and give their best. It was inspiring to see how many leaders are leaning into this idea — that gratitude isn’t a soft skill, it’s a strategic advantage. Had a blast with people like Katya Davydova, MSOD, ACC and JGo Gordon, along with many others that naturally helped connect people. Let’s keep building workplaces where recognition, trust, and accountability aren’t top-down mandates but part of the daily rhythm of our teams. Conner Birt, Cortney Cummings, and Sam Beck thanks for making the week a blast, stoked to show up at work with people like you.

In case you missed it… Motivosity just launched an Integrated Wellness Experience—and it’s changing how companies think about engagement. Wellness isn’t something that should live in a separate app or feel like another HR checkbox. It belongs right where your people connect, recognize, and grow together. Through our new partnership with Sworkit Health, employees can now: 💪 Sync fitness data from Apple Health, Fitbit, or Google Fit 🎯 Join company-wide wellness challenges 🎁 Earn rewards through Lifestyle Spending Accounts 🤝 Celebrate wins in the same space they already feel connected Because let’s face it—you can’t yoga your way out of a disconnected culture. Engagement Isn’t Just HR’s Job — It’s the Strategy That Drives Performance Our CEO, Scott Johnson, recently shared with CEO Weekly why employee engagement should be every HR leader’s north star. When engagement is high, retention, innovation, and performance rise with it. When it’s low, no perk or policy can save you. At Motivosity, we believe engagement starts with people feeling connected, appreciated, and purposeful. That’s why we help companies move from rewards-first to recognition-always. 💡 Read Scott’s full piece in CEO Weekly: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gVsRE5WU
