Our Marathon Pipe Line (MPL) team in Southern California, joined by their families, partnered with the Aquarium of the Pacific and local organizations for the 2025 California Coastal Cleanup. Together, 140 volunteers helped remove more than 1,000 pounds of trash along the Long Beach Peninsula, making a visible impact on the shoreline. 🌊 🚮 🤝 “We were proud to be part of this cleanup effort and represent MPL and Marathon as a whole,” said Kendra Leggette, Sr. Administrative Assistant at MPL in Southern California. “This is our home too, and being able to do this with our local community members and our families makes it even more meaningful.” #MarathonPetroleum #MarathonPipeLine #MPCgives #EarningYourTrust  #SouthernCalifornia

This Thanksgiving, 🦃 teams across Marathon continued their commitment to supporting local communities. In Southern California, employees from our Los Angeles refinery helped serve 400 warm meals at the Wilmington Senior Center for seniors and families in need. 🍽️ Working alongside our longtime partners at the Wilmington Rotary Club, volunteers also shared donated jackets and toiletry kits and delivered food to community members to help ensure they had a warm meal to enjoy on the holiday. 🧡 To further support the center and the essential programs it provides, Marathon contributed $15,000 to help replace its main entrance door, improving safety and strengthening the services it offers. 🫶 #MPCgives #MarathonPetroleum #LosAngeles #LA

In a week that celebrates giving, 🥰 we’re proud to share that our El Paso, Texas, refinery helped the El Paso Giving Day campaign exceed its fundraising goal this year for area nonprofit organizations. “Marathon’s leadership in grantmaking was transformative. It inspired larger matching funds from other companies this year,” said Tracy Yellen, CEO of the Paso del Norte Community Foundation, which managed the campaign. By providing matching fund grants to 10 nonprofits, the refinery helped push the campaign’s total to $2.3 million, surpassing its target by about $200,000. #MPCgives #ElPasoCounty #ElPasoTexas #MarathonPetroleum

For 46 years, the Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner has brought San Antonio together for one of the largest holiday gatherings in the country. On a day centered on thanks and gratitude, we are honored to be part of this tradition once again. 🦃 To help keep it going, more than two dozen of our team members and their loved ones spent the eve before the big meal preparing the feast that serves nearly 30,000 neighbors in need each year. That includes more than 500 turkeys and 18,000 pounds of stuffing, yams and green beans shared at one big community dinner table. 🍽️ Founded in 1979 by San Antonio restaurateur Raul Jimenez, the event was created to help ensure seniors and those less fortunate could celebrate Thanksgiving with dignity and fellowship. All these years later, it continues to offer much more than a hot meal.
