Below is another great response we've heard recently from a candidate when asked, “What prompted the move from your last firm?” ⬇️ The candidate shared, "It was clear there was not a path forward at my previous firm that aligned with my career goals, so I decided to leave and focus on pursuing the CFA. I had already passed Level 1 and wanted to dedicate all my time to studying for Level 2 which would get me that much closer to my desired path of a role that has or will have investment strategy responsibilities. The decision paid off as I recently passed Level 2 and feel more equipped to interview with firms that are looking for someone who wants to grow, is eager to learn and is committed to further education."
