Announcing Two Executive Promotions Strengthening Delivery & Technical Leadership LCG is proud to announce two significant promotions that reflect our continued commitment to modernizing federal IT services and investing in exceptional leadership. Carlene Carter has been promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Management & IT Programs. Carlene has been a key part of LCG since 2006, rising through numerous project and delivery roles over nearly 19 years. Her deep understanding of federal missions, longstanding client partnerships, and steady leadership make her a critical part of LCG’s future. She is also known inside the organization as a mentor and steady resource for teams, helping employees grow and navigate increasingly complex delivery environments. Saqlain Tahir has been promoted to Vice President, Solution Architecture. Saqlain joined LCG in March of this year as a Cloud Solution Architect and has made an immediate impact - bringing modern architectural thinking, technical clarity, and natural leadership presence. His rapid contributions have already influenced LCG’s modernization efforts in meaningful ways. In this expanded role, he will continue to guide and support teams across the enterprise, serving as a go-to partner for technical direction and solution development. These promotions reinforce LCG’s leadership model, where delivery execution and technical architecture operate in true partnership to support our clients’ most important missions. The Manna Food Center food drive was a success! We want to thank all of our LCG staff teams for their contributions in the last last few weeks. We were able to fill over 6 large overflowing boxes of food for the center. We showed our kindness and made a meaningful impact together! Melissa McCullough
