At Invio Automation, we build weld cells that are engineered for real production environments. We bring speed, consistency, and operator safety together in a single solution, and ensure repeatable accuracy on every cab. Our team designs each cell around the part, the workflow, and the performance targets. The result is a system that delivers repeatable weld quality, stable throughput, and a cleaner, more efficient process for the people running it. Automation isn’t just about adding a robot. It’s about designing a system that works seamlessly, day after day. This is how we help our customers get there. We're thrilled to welcome two new interns to the Invio Marketing and Communications team—Nora Gaynor and Zoey Wiles. Zoey, a freshman at Oakland University and a Louisiana native, brings eight years of business experience. She’s majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing and pursuing minors in Communication and Business Analytics. Nora, a sophomore at the University of Georgia, is double majoring in Advertising and Political Science. During their time with us, Nora and Zoey will gain hands-on experience exploring how our custom automation solutions help customers tackle complex manufacturing challenges—and they’ll help us share those stories with the world. We’re excited to see the creativity, drive, and fresh perspectives they bring to the team. Welcome aboard, Nora and Zoey—we love our interns! We are building a culture of gratitude across Invio, and we know small gestures add up to a big impact. We want to extend this mindset of gratitude to our customer interactions by taking time to let them know how much we appreciate their business. At our recent Town Hall, Invio CEO Achilli Sfizzo surprised team member Ron Moody, letting him know that he and his daughter made the cover of our customer thank you note. It was a “Hallmark-style” moment. Ron enjoyed reading the stories inside about our many employee-customer connections. It's extra special to be a customer of your own customer.
