Our Series A comes just 16 months after starting the company. In that time, we’ve had the privilege of working with healthcare groups across urgent care, primary care, mental health, virtual care, medspas, and now veterinary care — serving hundreds of thousands of patients every month. I’ve never worked on something with so much pull from the market, and we believe it’s inevitable that AI will help fix healthcare’s broken front door. 🚀 Big news: Hello Patient is expanding into conversational AI for veterinary practices. For us, this is more than a new vertical — it’s validation that the problems we solve in human healthcare also exist in pet care: missed calls, overworked staff, and patients (in this case, furry ones 🐶🐱) who deserve better access. We’re already working on campaigns that help clinics re-engage pet owners, fill overdue appointments, and free up front desk teams to focus on in-office care.
