Last week, three employees from The Guidance Center had the opportunity to participate in a Train the Trainer program hosted by DMHAS and JBS International. Our Training Champions learned effective methods for leading sessions on Motivational Interviewing and Integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The Guidance Center is excited to implement new training initiatives throughout the organization to enhance staff members' use of evidence-based practices.
