What’s inside Columbus 360? A private tour of the historic Ohio Theatre (thanks to Jason Gay SP '20, Elfi Di Bella SP '96, and CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts), just one example of the behind-the-scenes civic and cultural experiences participants enjoy. It’s a unique opportunity to explore Columbus’ vibrant arts scene while learning how the city’s cultural institutions have shaped its identity. Columbus 360 is a two-day immersive experience designed to ground executives in the people, places, and purpose of Central Ohio. Participants also gain: - Networking with peers and community influencers - Neighborhood tours and city insights - Curated sessions on local resources, history, and strategic opportunities Know a new-to-Columbus or newly promoted executive who should experience this? The Palace Theatre went through an eight-week stint over the summer to complete bathroom renovations and install a permanent bar, thanks to contributions by MontServices. "What we find over the years is that the expectation from audiences for a live-event space is not the same as it was back in the 1920s, so we're constantly trying to find ways to improve the theater," said Jason Gay, vice president of operations at CAPA.

Columbus is fortunate to have an overabundance of arts programming. President and CEO Chad Whittington joined Stacie Boord of Shadowbox Live, Daniel Walshaw of Columbus Symphony, and Regina Ann Campbell of The King Arts Complex to discuss the state of the performing arts, with moderation by GCAC's Jami Goldstein.
