Could be used like this:

> ticket = client.tickets.fetch!.last > ticket.custom_field_by_name('Custom dropdown') => "never" > ticket.set_custom_field_by_name('Custom dropdown', 'Never') => "Maybe" > ticket.save!

Names of these methods could be improved.
