Since #11, the latest/next version tags of SvelteKit are the same (we also no longer use the "next" tag in the
package.jsonanyway). Thus, we can be less wary that the SvelteKit version will resolve to a version with breaking changes.Let's remove the GitHub action, which was initially intended to catch breaking builds.
