When VAGRANT_GUEST_ADDITIONS_KERNEL is set to yes, do not install VirtualBox Guest Additions if the kernel already has these (UEK). For backwards compatibility, default is no; that is: we always install the Guest Additions Signed-off-by: Philippe Vanhaesendonck <philippe.vanhaesendonck@oracle.com>
