🧠 Description

This PR introduces:

  • A basic ticketing_function() added to the codebase.
  • Refactored or renamed README documentation files:
    • Visualizer.md
    • readme.md

🔨 Changes Made

  • Added a new function: int ticketing_function() { return 0; }
  • Renamed files for clarity and markdown support.
