7月20日,由中国茶叶流通协会等单位共同举办的"第二届中国白茶大会"在福建省政和县盛大开幕。本次大会以"三茶统筹品牌振兴政和白茶世界共享"为主题,选址政和县具有深远的战略意义。
On July 20, the "Second China White Tea Conference" grandly opened in Zhenghe County, Fujian Province. With the theme of "Coordinating Three Teas, Revitalizing Brands, Sharing Zhenghe White Tea with the World", choosing Zhenghe as the venue carries profound strategic significance.
一、政和白茶的千年历史底蕴
1. Zhenghe White Tea's Millennial Historical Heritage
政和县产茶制茶历史已越千年,是中国白茶之乡、全国因茶得名第一县。政和白茶先后获得地理标志产品保护、中国驰名商标等多项荣誉,2021年茶产业全产业链产值突破40亿元。
Zhenghe County has over a thousand years of tea production history, being the hometown of Chinese white tea and the first county named after tea in China. Zhenghe white tea has won multiple honors including Geographical Indication Product Protection and China Famous Trademark, with the entire tea industry chain output value exceeding 4 billion yuan in 2021.

政和县近年来抓质量、强品牌、拓渠道,统筹做好"茶文化、茶产业、茶科技"发展。全县建成绿色生态茶园38万亩,打造生态茶园示范基地30个,积极推动茶产业与文旅、康养深度融合。
In recent years, Zhenghe County has focused on quality, strengthened brands, and expanded channels, coordinating the development of "tea culture, tea industry, and tea technology". The county has established 380,000 mu of green ecological tea gardens and 30 ecological tea garden demonstration bases, actively promoting the deep integration of the tea industry with cultural tourism and health preservation.
