古丈红茶通过"跨境一锁"高效出口香港 湖南茶产业加速国际化

Huasheng Online, August 28 (Reporter Peng Kexin, Correspondent Liu Rushan) On August 27, under the supervision of Xiangxi Customs, 13,000 packages of black tea produced by Guzhang Niujiao Mountain Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. were exported to Hong Kong via the innovative "Cross-border One Lock" mode. This marks the first time the county's tea has adopted this efficient customs clearance model.
"跨境一锁"是长沙、深圳、香港三地海关联合推出的通关改革方案，通过监管互认、执法互助、信息互享三大机制，结合卫星定位、卡口直连等智能技术，实现三地口岸间货物自动快速验放。该模式可降低企业30%以上的通关物流成本，为湖南产品融入粤港澳大湾区提供了高效通道。
The "Cross-border One Lock" is a customs clearance reform jointly launched by the customs authorities of Changsha, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Through three major mechanisms of mutual recognition of supervision, mutual assistance in law enforcement, and information sharing, combined with intelligent technologies such as satellite positioning and direct connection of checkpoints, it achieves automatic and rapid inspection of goods between the three ports. This model can reduce enterprises' customs clearance and logistics costs by over 30%, providing an efficient channel for Hunan products to integrate into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
古丈县拥有悠久的茶文化历史，全县茶园总面积达20万亩，近90%的村寨种植茶叶，70%的农业人口从事茶产业。为支持茶叶出口，湘西海关多次深入茶企调研，已指导3家茶园完成出口备案，备案面积达12500亩。2023年以来，古丈茶叶已出口至比利时、意大利等国家，总量达149吨。
Guzhang County has a long history of tea culture, with a total tea garden area of 200,000 mu (about 13,333 hectares). Nearly 90% of villages grow tea, and 70% of the agricultural population is engaged in the tea industry. To support tea exports, Xiangxi Customs has conducted multiple research visits to tea enterprises and guided three tea gardens to complete export registration, with a registered area of 12,500 mu. Since 2023, Guzhang tea has been exported to countries including Belgium and Italy, with a total volume of 149 tons.
