There is nothing to be fixed here. #24177 needed scas to be migrated to mill 1.0.5 to stay in the CB. This one (#24186) should have never been merged in the first place.

Hm, strange. I thought adding scala-library as a dependency would solve it. IIIUC it can only be fixed in Mill itself? If so, can we wait for it before closing this PR? Thanks
