I've come up with a solution which fixes issue 38. .vue files can now be placed in subfolders inside the src folder.
I've added some test folders and .vue files inside the example folder.
In summary: my solution was to reset the current working directory back to the root project folder after the vue-docgen cli was executed. I've also added some inline comments for further clarification.
