DistributedCacheMetadataServicein an AOT build, based on work in PR #304.In order to store and retrieve the cached metadata blob, calls to
JsonSerializer'sSerialize&Deserializeneed to specifyFidoModelSerializerContext.Default.MetadataBLOBPayload.
