Storyboard can be instantiated using identifier. So added a defaultIdentifier that will be of format `MyViewControllerIdentifier`.

Storyboard can be instantiated using identifier also. So added a defaultIdentifier that will be of format
MyViewControllerIdentifier. And also updated the default implementation of storyboard initialization to accept the identifier.
