resources for ML and Security

Hi there,

I added a couple of resources for ML and Security. Also, pre-commited against all files.

• Regarding ML, my implementation of some renowned ML algorithms such as Artificial Neural Network, Decision Tree and Recommendation System, from scratch using Python.
• Regarding Security, Linux Privilege Walkthrough, VirusTotal for Malware Detection, and a subset of C compiler implementation from scratch.
