Description

This PR adds Python solutions for two binary search problems from LeetCode:

  1. Search Insert Position (LeetCode 35)

    • Given a sorted array and a target, returns the index where the target is or should be inserted.
    • Uses classic binary search for efficient O(log n) solution.
  2. Find First and Last Position of Element in Sorted Array (LeetCode 34)

    • Returns the first and last occurrence indices of a target in a sorted array.
    • Uses modified binary search to find first and last positions separately.

Test

Both solutions are tested with example inputs and are ready to run in Python.
