Detect native WebAssembly support.

Usage

var hasWebAssemblySupport = require( '@stdlib/assert/has-wasm-support' );

hasWebAssemblySupport()

Detects if a runtime environment supports WebAssembly.

var bool = hasWebAssemblySupport(); // returns <boolean>
