I have a PHP based web application which used MySQL as DBMS. Every few minutes (specially when number of users of web application are more that is around 15 at a time), MySQL shuts down. Here's a log entry from one of the shutdown times. How I can prevent this from happening?

Have you checked your mysql log files? Is it only the socket file, or is mysql restarting/crashing? Commented Feb 13, 2018 at 7:04
  • Thank you Gerald for pointing out that. It seems mysql is getting shut down because it cannot create thread to handle new connections. Commented Feb 13, 2018 at 7:14
