海南临高金牌港ALC板材首单出口新加坡 装配式建筑产业走向国际
新海南客户端、南海网11月28日消息 - 海南临高金牌港开发区装配式建筑产业迎来重要里程碑。28日,康庄住工科技(海南)有限公司生产的蒸压加气混凝土板(ALC板材)成功出口新加坡,这是该开发区产品首次销往东南亚市场。

On the 28th, Kangzhuang Zhugong Technology (Hainan) Co., Ltd. successfully exported its autoclaved aerated concrete (ALC) panels to Singapore, marking the zone's first product shipment to Southeast Asia.
康庄住工总经理崔慧峰表示:"公司自2020年10月落地金牌港开发区以来,创造了当年拿地、当年建设、当年投产的'临高速度'。此次出口新加坡35立方米的ALC板材,是我们拓展海外市场的重大突破。"
Cui Huifeng, General Manager of Kangzhuang Zhugong, stated: "Since settling in Golden Port Development Zone in October 2020, we've achieved the 'Lingao Speed' of obtaining land, constructing, and commencing production all within the same year. This export of 35 cubic meters of ALC panels to Singapore represents a major breakthrough in our overseas market expansion."

Industry Advantages: ALC panels feature excellent properties including lightweight, fire resistance, sound insulation, and thermal insulation, making them core materials for prefabricated buildings. The exported products will be used in Singapore's Provence Residence project.
营商环境:临高县近期出台《洋浦开发区临高金牌港园区极简审批暂行办法》,实现"承诺即开工",审批时间从3-4个月缩短至当天办理。同时创新设立"跑腿办"企业服务中心,提供7×24小时全方位服务。
