the warning was needed in vite-plugin-svelte 3.x because thats not a prerelease.
4.0.0-next will be in prerelease so breaking changes are expected. Inspector is going to work around the same time we release the first one.
cleaning .vite cache in test projects helped locally to avoid test fails on reruns.
