This PR includes:

  • Added new package laravel/pint.
  • A new feature that allows the migration to be ignored.

The feature to disable migrations would be greatly appreciated!

I'm currently using archtechx/tenancy and don't want the tables in my central database. Instead I'd love to be able to publish the migrations and apply them only to the tenant databases.
