2024年11月中国外贸数据解读：出口增长5.8%，贸易顺差创新高
北京，12月10日 - 海关总署最新数据显示，2024年11月中国外贸进出口总值达37506.3亿元人民币，同比增长1.2%，环比增长1.4%。其中出口表现尤为亮眼，同比增长5.8%，达到22217.2亿元。
Beijing, December 10 - According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs, China's total foreign trade in November 2024 reached 3.75 trillion yuan, up 1.2% year-on-year and 1.4% month-on-month. Exports performed particularly well, growing 5.8% year-on-year to 2.22 trillion yuan.
前11个月贸易顺差超去年全年：2024年1-11月，我国货物贸易进出口总值39.79万亿元，同比增长4.9%。值得注意的是，前11个月贸易顺差已达62905.7亿元，超过2023年全年57883亿元的顺差总额。
Trade surplus exceeds full-year 2023 total: From January to November 2024, China's total goods trade reached 39.79 trillion yuan, up 4.9% year-on-year. Notably, the trade surplus in the first 11 months has reached 6.29 trillion yuan, surpassing the full-year 2023 surplus of 5.79 trillion yuan.
出口结构持续优化：机电产品出口占比稳步提升，对东盟、"一带一路"国家、非洲和南美等经济体出口保持稳步增长。专家分析指出，电子产品需求复苏和部分外贸零售商为规避关税提前"囤货"是11月出口超预期的重要因素。
Export structure continues to improve: The proportion of mechanical and electrical products in exports has steadily increased, with exports to ASEAN, Belt and Road countries, Africa and South America maintaining steady growth. Experts point out that the recovery in electronics demand and some foreign trade retailers stockpiling goods to avoid tariffs were key factors behind November's better-than-expected export performance.
进口表现低于预期：11月进口同比下降4.7%，降幅较上月扩大。光大银行研究员周茂华分析认为，这主要受国内有效需求偏弱和国际能源价格低迷影响，但电子元件、机电产品进口保持较快增长，显示国内需求复苏态势仍在持续。
Imports underperform expectations: November imports fell 4.7% year-on-year, with the decline widening from the previous month. Zhou Maohua, researcher at Everbright Bank, analyzed that this was mainly affected by weak domestic demand and low international energy prices, but the rapid growth in imports of electronic components and mechanical and electrical products indicates that domestic demand recovery continues.
政策效应逐步显现：随着国务院《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干政策措施》等政策陆续出台，叠加国内一揽子增量政策效果释放，专家预计未来几个月外贸有望保持平稳增长，略强于季节性表现。
