番禺珠宝产业"星梦优才计划"启动 打造校企合作新典范
11月30日，由广州大学城创新创业促进中心、番禺区珠宝产业发展联合会、广州大学创新创业学院联合主办的番禺珠宝产业高质量人才持续发展之"星梦优才计划"活动隆重举行。
On November 30, the "Star Dream Talent Program" for the sustainable development of high-quality talents in Panyu's jewelry industry was grandly held, jointly organized by the Guangzhou University Town Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Center, Panyu District Jewelry Industry Development Association, and Guangzhou University Innovation and Entrepreneurship College.
活动招募了40个学生团队共80多名高校学生，集结一批殿堂级珠宝大师，共同开启"星梦之旅"。计划旨在实现"让珠宝企业家成功，让大学创业者成事，让创新梦想者圆梦"三大目标。
The event recruited 40 student teams with over 80 university students, gathering a group of master jewelers to jointly embark on the "Star Dream Journey". The program aims to achieve three major goals: "helping jewelry entrepreneurs succeed, enabling university entrepreneurs to accomplish their ventures, and realizing the dreams of innovators".
番禺区珠宝产业规模惊人：集聚1.3万户市场主体，从业人员近10万人。2023年进出口额达531亿元，占全区外贸46%。国际高端定制珠宝的70%-80%由番禺出口。
Panyu's jewelry industry has impressive scale: gathering 13,000 market entities with nearly 100,000 employees. In 2023, import and export volume reached 53.1 billion yuan, accounting for 46% of the district's total foreign trade. 70%-80% of international high-end custom jewelry is exported from Panyu.
近年来，番禺珠宝行业抓住电商机遇，打造了珠宝电商直播基地，引入抖音、小红书等平台，形成产业新业态。2024年上半年珠宝进出口总值达228.9亿元，占全区外贸41%。
In recent years, Panyu's jewelry industry has seized e-commerce opportunities, establishing a jewelry e-commerce live streaming base and introducing platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu, forming new industry formats. In the first half of 2024, jewelry import and export totaled 22.89 billion yuan, accounting for 41% of the district's foreign trade.
广州大学城管委会副主任任树兵表示："星梦优才计划为大学生从造梦到成梦搭建桥梁。高校人才要走出去，将'智核'优势充分发挥。"
Ren Shubing, Deputy Director of Guangzhou University Town Management Committee, stated: "The Star Dream Talent Program builds a bridge for university students from dream creation to realization. University talents should go out and fully utilize the advantages of the 'Intellectual Core'."
目前，计划已促成多个校企合作项目，包括钻汇集团与广东外语外贸大学、广州美术学院的战略合作。未来将持续探索"多对多""一对多""一对一"的校企对接模式。
Currently, the program has facilitated several school-enterprise cooperation projects, including strategic collaborations between Diamond Exchange Group and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. In the future, it will continue to explore "many-to-many", "one-to-many", and "one-to-one" school-enterprise docking models.
该计划是番禺区推动"电商+厂商"深度耦合的重要举措，加速产业链优化，助力传统产业转型升级，为番禺珠宝产业注入新的生机与活力。
This program is an important initiative by Panyu District to promote deep coupling of "e-commerce + manufacturers", accelerate industrial chain optimization, help traditional industries transform and upgrade, and inject new vitality into Panyu's jewelry industry.
