玩具出口订单激增！增城海关高效保障"六一"国际班列运输
随着"六一"国际儿童节临近，中国玩具出口迎来显著增长。近日，一列满载积木、玩偶等儿童玩具的中欧班列从广州增城西站启程，经阿拉山口口岸驶往欧洲市场。
"In the run-up to International Children's Day on June 1, China's toy exports have seen remarkable growth," said Li Siqiang, a train operation manager at Guangzhou Communications Investment International Train Operation Management Co. "Several dedicated toy trains have departed from Zengcheng West Station in recent days."
据海关统计，2024年1-4月增城海关监管的国际班列玩具出口货值达7627万元人民币，同比增长170%。为保障节日商品顺利出口，海关采取多项便利措施：
According to customs statistics, from January to April 2024, the value of toy exports supervised by Zengcheng Customs reached 76.27 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 170%. To facilitate holiday goods exports, customs has implemented multiple convenience measures:
- 开设中欧班列报关专用窗口，提供"7×24小时"通关服务
- Establish dedicated declaration windows for China-Europe trains with 24/7 customs clearance
- 加强多部门信息共享，提高全链条运作效率
- Enhance information sharing among departments to improve supply chain efficiency
- 运用智能监管平台实现全程"嵌入式"监管
- Utilize smart supervision platforms for embedded whole-process monitoring
增城西站作为大湾区重要物流枢纽，目前班列货物已从最初的服装、玩具扩展到家电、日用品等多个品类。2024年1-4月，该站开行中欧班列130列，出口货值39亿元，同比分别增长11%和37%。
As a key logistics hub in the Greater Bay Area, Zengcheng West Station has expanded its train cargo from initial clothing and toys to include home appliances and daily necessities. From January to April 2024, the station operated 130 China-Europe trains with export value of 3.9 billion yuan, up 11% and 37% year-on-year respectively.
增城海关关长刘荣水表示，海关将继续深化改革创新，构建更高效的班列通关体系，推动"班列+产业"融合发展，为"一带一路"建设注入新动力。
Liu Rongshui, Director of Zengcheng Customs, stated that customs will continue to deepen reform and innovation, build more efficient train clearance systems, promote integrated development of "trains + industries", and inject new momentum into the Belt and Road Initiative.
