湖南茶叶出口"一带一路"国家超50% 前11月出口3.1万吨
华声在线12月18日讯（记者 邓晶琎 通讯员 黄勇华）"一带一路"国家已成为湖南茶叶出口的主要目的地。长沙海关今日发布数据显示，今年1-11月，湖南出口茶叶3.1万吨，其中对"一带一路"沿线国家出口1.7万吨，占比超过50%。
According to Changsha Customs statistics, from January to November, Hunan exported 31,000 tons of tea, a slight decrease of 0.8% year-on-year. However, the export value reached 540 million yuan, showing a 7.2% growth, with the average export price rising 8.1% to 17,000 yuan per ton.
自去年湖南省政府公布《湖南省对接"一带一路"战略行动方案(2015-2017年)》以来，湖南加强与沿线国家的经贸合作，"一带一路"国家已成为湘茶出口的主要市场。
Since the Hunan provincial government released the "Hunan Province's Action Plan for Aligning with the Belt and Road Initiative (2015-2017)" last year, the province has strengthened economic ties with countries along the routes, making them the primary market for Hunan tea exports.
数据显示，湖南对传统市场俄罗斯出口茶叶6740吨，增长5.1%；对欧盟市场出口5665吨，大幅增长17.2%，新兴市场开拓成效显著。
The data shows that exports to traditional markets like Russia reached 6,740 tons (up 5.1%), while exports to emerging markets like the EU grew significantly by 17.2% to 5,665 tons, demonstrating successful market expansion.
海关分析指出，尽管湖南茶叶资源丰富，但面临国内外激烈竞争。许多茶企仍以初级产品出口为主，利润空间有限，制约了湘茶品牌发展。
Customs analysis indicates that despite Hunan's abundant tea resources, the industry faces fierce competition both domestically and internationally. Many enterprises still focus on exporting primary products with limited profit margins, restricting brand development.
长沙海关建议：加大品牌宣传力度，抓住"一带一路"机遇，推动产业转型升级，发展茶叶深加工，多渠道拓展国际市场。
